Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the Clays experience to life for our guests. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the guests entire journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting and serving experience will help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them with placing food and drink orders. Moreover, you will ensure that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service, covering every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and learn how to manage the entire bookings journey and you will actively engage in serving duties, coordinating with the bar and kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to all tables in your designated section.
