Contracts Manager, Electrical. The Role: I am recruiting a Contracts Manager with Electrical expertise, on behalf of Advanced Electrical Systems. The business is well-established, with an excellent reputation and was acquired by the current MD nearly 2 years ago. The MD has ambitious plans for the future, and the successful Contracts Manager will play an instrumental part in the growth and on-going success of the business, and will be rewarded accordingly. Contracts Manager, Responsibilities: Oversee multiple high-end, residential electrical construction projects. Site surveys, site visits and client meetings. Develop strong client relationships and build high levels of trust. Liaise with designers, architects, subcontractors, and main contractors. Deal with contract and project documentation and agree the project deliverables. Lead, manage and motivate a team of c. 10 electricians. Obtain regular progress reports and resolve any issues that arise. Implement new processes and technologies to enhance performance and project delivery.
