Placed Partnership is currently partnered with a children’s home in Stockport in search of a Registered Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £50,000 per annum plus up to £8,000 KPI-related bonus. Requirements: Recent experience as a Children’s Home Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children’s home. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general and deep cleaning tasks in residential homes, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing. - Handle laundry and ironing services as needed. - Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism in every home. - Restock cleaning supplies and notify management of any shortages. - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address specific needs. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of professional cleaning experience in domestic or residential settings in the UK is a must. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car (preferred). - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks. - Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends. - Friendly and professional demeanour.
