What You’ll Be Doing • Acting as a trusted right-hand to the Branch Manager, helping to energise and elevate the internal sales function, • Taking full ownership of an established customer portfolio, strengthening relationships, unlocking value, and driving profitability, • Becoming the go-to expert for customer enquiries, delivering tailored solutions with confidence and expertise, • Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities through targeted outreach, • Partnering closely with the External Sales Manager to maximise performance and uncover growth potential, • Managing orders and quotations with precision, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience, • Building strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers, • Keeping activity organised and on track through effective CRM management, • Working cross-functionally with logistics and procurement to ensure smooth, end-to-end delivery Who We’re Looking For • An experienced Senior Sales Coordinator (or similar) with at least 2 years’ B2B experience and a proven track record in a fast-moving sales environment, • A customer-first professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and consistently raising standards, • A confident communicator with a natural ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships, • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease, • A supportive leader who can motivate and strengthen an internal sales team, • Commercially astute, with a proactive mindset and an eye for growth opportunities, • Experience within the packaging industry is advantageous, but not essential If you’re ready to step into a role where you can truly influence performance, drive results, and grow your career, we’d love to hear from you.
