Regional Sales Manager – Scotland and Ireland Salary: £35,000–£48,000 + £5,800 car allowance + up to 50% bonus potential Are you ready to take your Business Development skills to the next level? Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd and working with a huge playing Manufacturing company with a Head Office in the West Midlands to recruit for a Regional Sales Manager covering Scotland and Ireland, you’ll thrive in a collaborative culture that empowers you to build a career you can be proud of. What you’ll do: As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll drive commercial growth and deliver sales budgets across our product range, ensuring profitable expansion in line with business KPIs. You’ll play a key role in planning and presenting performance insights to the Senior Executive team, helping shape the strategy and future direction of the business. In this role, you will: • Collaborate on a specification approach for our huge portfolio, developing a strong pipeline with major distributors and the Specification team., • Implement sales strategies aligned with operational and financial objectives., • Work alongside peers to develop key market opportunities, • Lead the strategic direction of category sales within your region., • Stay engaged across the business, with a particular focus on the Sales function. Route to Market / Client base • Trade, • Builders merchants, • DIY /Retail, • Electrical Distributors What we’re looking for: • Has a strong sales background with excellent planning and negotiation skills., • Is confident managing accounts and budgets., • Builds rapport effortlessly and communicates effectively., • Is passionate about growing and developing the customer base.
