Peachy Den Full-Time Supervisor Location: Peachy Den, London – Brewer Street Contract: Full-Time Reports to: Dual Site Manager Role Overview As a Supervisor, you’ll be a trusted member of the Dray Walk store team, delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You’ll take ownership when leading shifts, act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, and help drive sales through authentic styling, product knowledge, and community-building. This role blends hands-on selling with keyholder responsibility, making it ideal for someone confident, organised, and passionate about fashion and people. Key Responsibilities Keyholder & Store Operations • Open and close the store independently when required, • Take responsibility as the senior team member on shift, • Manage daily store tasks, including:, • Organising the day planner, • Cash handling and end-of-day cashing up, • Store security and alarm procedures, • Troubleshoot issues on shift (POS problems, delivery delays, customer incidents, team challenges), • Escalate issues to management when appropriate, using sound judgement Customer Experience & Sales • Deliver a warm, personal, and memorable experience to every customer, • Build genuine relationships and understand individual customer needs, • Confidently style customers and recommend products in an authentic, non-pushy way, • Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling, • Handle customer questions, feedback, and returns professionally and in line with company policy Visual Merchandising, Standards & Store Presentation • Maintain Peachy Den’s visual merchandising standards at all times, ensuring the store reflects the brand’s aesthetic, energy, and values, • Keep the shop floor, fitting rooms, stock areas, and back-of-house clean, organised, and presentable throughout the day, • Ensure products are steamed, folded, sized correctly, and replenished promptly, • Reset rails, tables, and displays regularly, especially during and after busy periods, • Follow VM guidelines for new drops, launches, and floor moves, and support updates as directed by management, • Take ownership of store standards when leading shifts, ensuring the space is customer-ready at all times, • Proactively identify and resolve any issues with cleanliness, tidiness, or presentation, • Balance maintaining visual standards with delivering excellent customer service during peak trading hours Team & Culture • Actively support and motivate teammates on the shop floor, • Lead by example, especially during solo or keyholder shifts, • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative store environment, • Stay proactive and engaged during quieter periods by maintaining standards, merchandising, and product knowledge Product & Brand Knowledge • Develop a strong understanding of Peachy Den’s product range and brand values, • Stay up to date on new drops, restocks, and seasonal collections, • Confidently communicate what makes Peachy Den unique to customers, • Represent the brand with confidence, creativity, and authenticity at all times What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Confident, organised, and reliable, • Comfortable taking responsibility and leading shifts, • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods How to apply?
