About You * CIPS Level 4 qualified or educated to degree level within a relevant discipline or demonstrable sector experience * Experience of large-scale procurement activities * Strong research and analytical skills * Advanced Excel skills, including Lookup Formulas, Advanced Formulas, Formatting, Pivot Tables and Reporting, VBA and Macros and Data tables * Evaluate submitted quotations based on objective criteria using agreed weightings and scoring process * Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build strong supplier relationships * Practical experience of e-tendering platforms * Monitor pricing arrangements in commercial agreements * Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across a broad range of complex stakeholder relationships * Problem solving * Attention to detail. * Supplier management skills * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Strong presentation skills * A full driving licence What You Bring A passion for achieving excellent social and commercial outcomes.
