Job Description Job title: Purchase Order/Administrative Assistant Location: Ohio (Remote) 6 months contract on W2 Responsibilities will revolve around capital projects under construction and will include following up on new purchase requisition/purchase order requests checking for 1) proper documents for submission, 2) following through until approved, and 3) closing purchase orders once all invoices have been received. Following up on invoice posting, payment statuses and submitting payment expedite requests to be tracked for cash flow reporting. Following up on new vendor set ups with supply chain. Keeping documents organized by project so they are easy to find depending on inquiries received and capitalizing the assets at the end of the project and for internal control SOX compliance. You will use a variety of Microsoft services such as MS excel, MS Teams, SharePoint databases, Adobe pro, and SAP. This role is for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance. Education and experience requirements of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years’ experience in business administration and finance. Finance background will be preferred.
