You’ll partner with business leaders and IT teams to troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and scalability. Whether you join as a Senior Applications Analyst (leading projects and mentoring peers) or step in as a Lead Applications Analyst (owning critical applications, shaping long-term roadmaps, and influencing IT strategy), you’ll help drive technology that fuels our growth. ???? What You’ll Do As a Senior / Lead Application Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and business needs. You’ll troubleshoot application issues, guide system improvements, and help deliver reliable, scalable solutions that empower our teams to do their best work. Key Responsibilities: • Construction of standardized workflows, processes, and policies centered on the Epicor application to ensure global teams are using the software as one entity., • Design and configure Epicor solutions and customizations in response to project initiatives, support tickets, and enhancement requests., • Configure necessary integrations with Epicor and other applications to ensure data exchanges are accurate and follow corporate specifications., • Lead and assist with software testing to ensure solutions and enhancements meet customer standards., • Meet with super users and stakeholders consistently to ensure alignment of priorities and vision for the Epicor application., • Suggestion and creation of Epicor solutions that result in efficiency gains, customer satisfaction, and overall process improvement., • Formulate and maintain Epicor application documentation. (e.g., workflows, data models, reports, technical specifications, etc.), • Manage Epicor projects, including gathering information, planning, and execution., • Develops and communicates application upgrades, maintenance windows, test scripts, issues and resolutions, timelines/downtimes, and user acceptance testing. We’re seeking an applications professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. The right candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills. Final title and level (Senior or Lead) will be determined based on experience. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years’ experience in an Epicor Information Technology environment., • Proven expertise with Epicor and associated modules, including implementation and support experience., • Knowledge of development tools and Epicor processes that will expand and enhance utilization of the application and improve processes., • Excellent people skills and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical customers and team members., • The ability to articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise manner to both business users and the IT team through written or oral correspondence, presentations, and/or meetings., • Ability to communicate confidently in front of senior leaders and large groups., • Aptitude for understanding both technology and business concepts and processes., • Strong analytical and communication skills to help facilitate user issues, challenging preconceived ideas and proposing alternative solutions, while maintaining strong relationships., • Strong documentation skills for explaining issues and workarounds, presenting alternative solutions, and cross-training team members and application users., • Ability to construct repeatable processes so that projects can be completed efficiently, and plans can be re-used in the future when applicable., • Basic concepts of business processes, system development and process improvements., • A certain degree of creativity and latitude required., • Results-oriented, execution mindset.
