DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Overview of Award Cycle The Awards Cycle covers the full process of managing NCHC awards, from opening submissions through final recognition. It begins with preparing and maintaining the online submission platform, monitoring applications for completeness, and coordinating reminders and outreach. During this phase, Marketing support is used to promote deadlines and encourage strong participation. The cycle then moves into the review period, where review teams are confirmed and set up in the review system, progress is tracked, and follow-up is conducted to ensure reviews are completed on time. Final decisions are communicated at the conclusion of the review process. After selections are made, the Awards Cycle focuses on follow-up and recognition. Submissions are archived, acceptance and rejection messages are issued, and award recipients are supported through payment processing, conference registration, and session coordination when applicable.
