Job Description Gorospe Law Group is a growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead referral marketing, digital marketing, and client and referral source engagement initiatives. This is a part-time role with increased availability required during the first 60–90 days, ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities Business Development & Referral Marketing • Build and maintain referral relationships with medical professionals, attorneys, insurance agents, and body shops, • Conduct in-person meetings, lunches, and networking, • Create and execute marketing campaigns for current and former clients, • Write compelling email campaigns, social media posts, and client communications, • Manage firm social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, • Plan and coordinate client appreciation events and referral partner events, • Track case sources and referral ROI, • Report marketing performance and insights Required • 3–7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or relationship-based sales, • Proven referral relationship-building experience, • Strong creative writing and communication skills, • Experience managing business social media accounts, • Ability to work independently and take ownership, • Legal, medical, or professional services marketing experience, • CRM or lead tracking experience, • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), • Event planning experience, • $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience, • Performance-based bonuses and incentive compensation, • Opportunity for increased compensation and benefits based on performance and firm growth, • Part-time role with flexible scheduling (increased availability required during onboarding), • Hybrid work environment (local preferred), • Professional growth and development opportunities, • Direct access to firm leadership and decision-making, • Autonomy and ownership over marketing initiatives
