Job DescriptionJob Title: Maintenance MechanicJob Description This position involves hands-on experience with precision CNC machining equipment and peripheral automation. The role includes maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and systems. Responsibilities • Diagnose and repair CNC turning and milling machines, as well as manual manufacturing machines., • Support plant infrastructure repairs, including heating, ventilation, lighting, compressors, motors, and other mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment., • Perform preventive maintenance such as cleaning and inspection of company equipment based on work orders generated by the company's CMMS., • Use technical documents and OEM equipment manuals to identify equipment failures and order replacement parts as needed., • Assist in alignments of CNC spindles, turrets, and tail stocks., • Help perform periodic machine alignment and leveling as required., • Collaborate with the production team to support continuous improvement through the development of preventive maintenance instructions and schedules to prevent recurring failures.Essential Skills, • 3+ years of maintenance experience on CNC or metal fabrication equipment., • 2+ years of teardown, repair, and troubleshooting experience., • 2+ years of mechanical and electrical experience., • 1+ year of experience with ladder logic, PLC troubleshooting, and reading blueprints/schematics.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience with maintenance, CNC, lathes, mills, troubleshooting, and repair., • Proficiency in handling motors, blueprints, mechanical and electrical systems.
