Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable person to perform inside janitorial work and outside groundskeeping for Aeon's 88-unit permanent supportive housing apartment community, Mary Hall. Mary Hall is a historic building in Downtown St. Paul, currently undergoing a complete redevelopment and is set to open in early 2026. Mary Hall will provide housing for veterans experiencing homelessness, individuals who are high-priority homeless clients, and others who need affordable housing. The main focus of this position will be to maintain a clean, well-maintained, enjoyable space for our residents. The Building Technician will report directly to the Property Manager.
