This position is responsible for identifying and achieving sales targets that enable the company’s vision. As well as leading regional sales team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform work in accordance with our ICOMPEL Values, • Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies aligning with our company’s 1,3, & 10 year vision, • Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets, • Lead full life cycle of the sales team members including hiring, developing, coaching, corrective action and separation from employment., • Negotiate and execute sales with strategic customers, • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and present to leadership, • Develop, implement, and monitor key performance sales team metrics producing goal achievement, • Partner with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency, • Partner with Pre Construction Team and Operations to ensure bid proposals are accurate and manage initial bid invites through contracting process., • Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES • Ability to live the ICOMPEL Values, • Ability to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve common goals, • Ability to coach, mentor and manage talent, • Ability to develop and implement a sales strategy, • Ability to develop and implement key performance sales team metrics, • Exceptional customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills, • Strong communication and team management skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Knowledge of CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite COMPETENCIES • Accountability: Responsible and answerable for actions and performance individually or on a team., • Teamwork: The ability to promote positive work relationships with area staff, team members, and supervisors. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE • Highschool diploma or equivalent and 8 years of experience leading a regionally diverse sales team with increasing responsibilities., • Associates Degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 4 years of experience leading a regionally diverse sales team with increasing responsibilities., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field and 5 years of experience leading a regionally diverse sales team with increasing responsibilities. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES/ EXPERIENCE • Experience reading project plans and diagrams, • Experience working in the construction industry PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS • Ability to travel 30%-50% of time, • Ability to work non-standard hours to meet goals, • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear., • The team member is frequently required to stand and walk., • The team member must regularly lift to move up to 10 pounds and frequently move up to 25 pounds, • Construction site visits will be required resulting in exposure to the elements, temperature changes, and normal construction site hazards.
