Purpose Science & Medicine Group (SMG) is seeking a detail-driven and execution-oriented Marketing Specialist to support multi-brand marketing programs across the Insights business unit, which includes BioInformatics, IMV, Kalorama Information, SDi, and IBO. This role is ideal for a B2B marketer who works hands-on in HubSpot daily — building campaigns, optimizing automation, creating compelling marketing content, and ensuring seamless execution that drives measurable marketing impact. This position requires recent (within the last 12 months) experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub. Responsibilities Responsibilities adjust to organization/department needs, but typically align to the following: Campaign Execution & HubSpot Operations • Build, launch, and schedule multi-channel marketing campaigns in HubSpot, ensuring correct association with Salesforce campaigns., • Build, manage, and optimize HubSpot campaigns end-to-end—drafting, building, and executing all associated assets (emails, social posts, forms, CTAs, landing pages, files, videos, etc.), ensuring all campaign assets are tied to the appropriate HubSpot campaign for accurate tracking and attribution., • Set up and manage HubSpot reporting and dashboards for each campaign to capture KPIs, attribution, and performance insights for ongoing optimization., • Work with internal teams to create, set up, and manage campaign workflows and drip programs that support lead generation and nurture strategies., • Provide campaign-related requirements to internal IT teams who own integration settings, property mapping, and system sync management., • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot forms, landing pages, CTA banners, and gated asset pathways to support lead generation and campaign tracking., • Develop and manage dynamic list segmentation to support targeted nurture campaigns and brand-specific messaging., • Maintain ongoing list hygiene and contact accuracy, ensuring clean, organized, and reliable data that supports effective segmentation and outreach., • Support audience growth and lifecycle marketing initiatives—including campaigns designed to reach new prospects, re-engage inactive or lapsed customers, and drive cross-sell opportunities across Insight brands through digital ads, targeted nurture sequences, and other multi-channel tactics., • Support A/B testing across emails, landing pages, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion rates., • Coordinate and execute webinar promotions, campaign timelines, and multi-channel launch activities within HubSpot and Zoom Webinar., • Write high-performing marketing copy for emails, nurture sequences, landing pages, case studies, campaign assets, social posts, and event/webinar promotions., • Coordinate and collaborate with analysts and product teams to gather key report insights and transform them into optimized campaign content., • Partner with internal teams to translate campaign requirements into detailed briefs for automation, segmentation, and lead-routing logic., • Coordinate with analysts and product teams to support report launches, new asset creation, and content updates., • Design simple, on-brand visuals using Canva and repurpose assets across email, social, landing pages, and promotional channels., • Assist with webinar setup, promotion, attendee tracking, and post-event follow-up campaigns. Requirements: Skills & Competencies Must have skills for this role include: • Proven experience using HubSpot Marketing Hub within the last 12 months—specifically in campaign builds and execution, nurture sequences, reporting, asset organization, and list segmentation., • Familiarity with Salesforce for campaign association, lead management visibility, and marketing attribution tracking., • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, strategic marketing copy across email, social, landing pages, and promotional assets., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent marketing programs across multiple Insight brands., • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and tools., • Ability to transform complex research topics into intuitive, customer-focused marketing messages., • HubSpot certifications required (Marketing Software, Email Marketing, or Workflows); Operations Hub certification preferred., • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), • 3-5 years’ experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign execution and HubSpot marketing automation, • Tech stack familiarity including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Sales Navigator, Asana, Zoom Webinars, and Canva, • Experience in market research and/or life science or medical diagnostics, a plus EOE: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
