Job Description Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation (PRIMARY FOCUS) • Handle inbound leads (calls, texts, Facebook, website inquiries) and convert them into booked rentals, • Proactively generate new business through:, • Facebook Marketplace & local groups, • Event planners, schools, churches, and HOAs, • Partnerships with venues and party organizers, • Upsell customers into premium packages (mechanical bull, multiple units, add-ons), • Follow up with all leads quickly (within minutes when possible), • Track and improve conversion rates Booking & Customer Management • Manage daily booking calendar and scheduling, • Confirm reservations, deposits, and payments, • Communicate clearly with customers regarding:, • Delivery times, • Setup requirements, • Safety guidelines, • Ensure every customer has a 5-star experience from inquiry to pickup Marketing Support • Assist with creating and posting:, • Facebook ads and promotions, • Seasonal offers (birthdays, holidays, school events), • Content (photos, videos, customer testimonials), • Monitor which ads and campaigns are generating bookings, • Suggest new marketing ideas based on trends and performance Operations & Growth Support • Help optimize pricing strategies based on demand, • Identify high-performing products and underperforming inventory, • Maintain CRM or booking system (track leads, customers, repeat business), • Assist with route planning and maximizing delivery efficiency Performance Expectations (KPIs) • Lead response time: Under 5 minutes, • Conversion rate: High % of inquiries booked, • Monthly revenue targets met or exceeded, • Upsell rate on bookings, • Customer satisfaction (reviews & repeat bookings) Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong sales mindset (closer, not just order taker), • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, • Experience in:, • Event rentals, party planning, or local service sales (preferred), • Facebook Marketplace / social selling (huge plus), • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Tech comfortable (CRM systems, messaging platforms, social media), • Self-motivated and performance-driven Compensation Structure (Recommended Setup) • Base Pay: $20/hour or salary (optional), • Commission:, • 10% per booking, • Bonus for hitting revenue targets, • Upsell bonuses (mechanical bull, multi-unit rentals, etc.) Schedule • Flexible, but must be available:, • Evenings and weekends (peak booking times), • High responsiveness during business hours Real Talk – What This Role Requires This is not a passive admin job.
