As they enter an exciting phase of growth, they are expanding their UK field sales team and are seeking a high-calibre Capital Sales Representative to take ownership of the London territory. The Opportunity This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving capital equipment sales focusing on the Central London territory, within the M25. You will be responsible for selling premium, results-driven medical aesthetic devices into clinics, aesthetic practitioners, and leading beauty operators. This role is suited to a commercially driven, ambitious sales professional who thrives in a performance-led environment and is motivated by building a strong pipeline, closing high-value deals, and delivering consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Drive capital equipment sales across your territory, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets., • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and closing., • Build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline with strong forecasting discipline., • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-driven commercial discussions., • Identify and develop key accounts, including multi-site operators and clinic groups., • Collaborate with marketing to maximise lead conversion and campaign effectiveness., • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking., • Represent our client at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities., • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends. Performance Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: • Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets, • Pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity., • Average deal value and margin performance, • Sales cycle efficiency and closing discipline., • CRM accuracy and forecasting reliability Candidate Profile Experience • Proven track record in capital equipment or high-value B2B sales, • Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, beauty, or consultative sales environments preferred., • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Skills & Attributes • Highly commercial with strong understanding of margin, pricing, and deal structuring, • Disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting., • Confident, credible, and professional with high-value clients, • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills., • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven, • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment Requirements • Full UK driving licence.
