Job General Duties: • Respond promptly to new enquiries, • Calculating costs accurately, • Generating quotes on our CRM, • Liaising with clients and suppliers, • Administrative duties – including ordering samples, • Ensuring that paperwork is prepared for the sales team, • Keeping the CRM updated – including client details and live projects, • New business research Skills/Experience required • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, • Excellent Numeracy skills, • Good communication skills – spoken & written, • IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel & Outlook, • Experience with CRM useful, • Ability to multitask and ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure, • Positive, can-do attitude, • Initiative and the ability to ‘make things happen’., • Punctual, reliable and adaptable.
