Clays floor teams are collaborative, consisting of a group of highly skilled individuals who are heavily cross trained. Here at Clays, we offer a unique experience and therefore, have a unique role and requirements, this is where our Shoot Captains come in. Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the Clays experience to life for our guests. We are looking for exuberant individuals with big personalities who always bring fun and positive energy to our atmosphere. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the guests entire journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting and serving experience will really help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them with placing food and drinks orders. Moreover, you will ensure that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service, covering every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and learn how to manage the entire bookings journey and you will actively engage in serving duties, coordinating with the bar and kitchen to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to all tables in your designated section. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that service is efficiently provided to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front of house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints, tips and recommendations, driving peoples competitive spirit and helping them engage with the game. As a Shoot Captain, you should be able to develop a rapport with the guest throughout their entire experience. You will ensure guests leave with a smile, remembering your name, and eagerly anticipating their next visit. We are looking for passionate individual to join a rapidly growing restaurant group on a newly renovated property. Acclaimed Miami-based chef Bradley Kilgore is opening 3 concepts along the Redwood Park of the iconic Transamerica Pyramid, the first of which is Cafe Sebastian. Slated to be an all day cafe & bistro, Cafe Sebastian will serve Chef Bradley’s Modern American fare influenced by the bountiful products of the San Francisco Bay Area. The restaurant will offer breakfast and lunch options, as well as corporate catering for events within the Transamerica Pyramid property. With more concepts slated to open soon, there is opportunity for growth and diverse experiences at Cafe Sebastian. 2+ years of administrative work is encouraged, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are both necessities to join the team. Run errands when necessary to the post office, CVS etc for small restaurant needs Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (College helpful) At least two years related experience required.
