Whom we are looking for: A commercially driven and strategically minded Senior Ecommerce Manager who combines strong trading acumen with a deep understanding of customer behaviour. What you’ll do: You will drive the performance and evolution of 111SKIN.com, owning ecommerce trading, onsite experience, and digital optimisation. This means leveraging data insights to enhance the end-to-end user journey, while working cross-functionally and with agency partners to drive UX advancements, improve conversion, and unlock new customer acquisition and retention opportunities. This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern, including two days per week based at 111SKIN’s Head office in Fitzrovia, London. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. Duties and responsibilities: • Own and deliver the 111SKIN.com trading calendar, aligning with Marketing to execute a cohesive digital strategy and maximise revenue/full-price sell-through., • Lead onsite merchandising, promotional activity, and end-to-end execution of new product launches to drive discovery, engagement, and conversion., • Drive overall ecommerce performance through continuous testing, UX/CRO optimisation, and KPI improvement across CVR, AOV, revenue, and retention., • Use data, customer insights, behavioural analysis, and competitor trends to shape strategy and identify growth opportunities across the ecommerce roadmap., • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting, leading trade meetings and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders., • Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Marketing, CRM, Paid Media, Affiliates, Planning, and Operations to drive acquisition, retention, and stock availability., • Lead ecommerce projects, site enhancements, and platform optimisation from briefing/UAT through to launch, managing development agency and external partners., • Oversee SEO, CMS content, and Shopify ecosystem optimisation (apps, subscriptions, personalisation) to improve site performance, customer experience, and loyalty. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce or digital trading, ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury., • Strong commercial mindset with proven experience driving online revenue growth and conversion optimisation., • Significant knowledge managing and optimising Shopify-based ecommerce platforms., • Strong understanding of UX/CRO principles and customer journey optimisation., • Experience working with and managing external agencies (development, SEO, CRO)., • Proven ability to drive both customer acquisition and retention strategies.
