👩💻 Zoho Developer 💰 Competitive Salary 🌍 UK Applicants Only We’re looking for an exceptional Zoho Developer who takes real pride in building things properly. You are someone who thrives on turning clear requirements into clean, stable, scalable solutions. You care about structure, consistency, and long-term maintainability. You don’t just “make it work” — you make it work well. You naturally think in systems: how workflows connect, how automations scale, how integrations behave over time, and how today’s decisions impact tomorrow’s delivery. Your work becomes the technical foundation that everything else is built on. This is not a project management role — your value comes from technical excellence, disciplined engineering, strong problem-solving, and ownership of build quality across every client system. If you care deeply about writing reliable code, creating robust automations, and building solutions that teams and clients can depend on — and you want to play a central role in scaling a high-growth Zoho consultancy — this role was designed for you. About Limitless Limitless was founded at the end of 2023 by husband-and-wife team Jake and Kirsty. In just two years, we’ve grown rapidly to support around 20 active clients, delivering Zoho-based systems that now sit at the core of how those businesses operate. Today, the full-time team consists of Jake and Kirsty, supported by a part-time admin assistant. Our growth so far has been built almost entirely on reputation, referrals, and results. We are now ready to start building out a world-class team to support us in our mission. This role is a cornerstone hire and sits alongside a separate Technical Project Manager role we are also actively recruiting for, as we put the foundations in place for a major growth phase in 2026. Our ambition is bold — we are building towards becoming the number one Zoho consultancy in the UK. The Role As our Zoho Developer, you will become the technical backbone of the delivery team. This is a build-focused role, centred on engineering excellence, technical ownership, and long-term system stability. Your mission is to own and elevate the technical quality of everything we deliver. You will transform clearly defined requirements from the Technical Project Coordinator into robust, production-ready solutions across the Zoho ecosystem — from workflows and automations to integrations, scripts, reports, and system architecture. Every build you touch should be clean, reliable, scalable, and maintainable. This role exists to transform Limitless from a founder-dependent technical operation into a scalable, resilient delivery engine — where high-quality systems, consistent build standards, and dependable technical execution power outstanding client outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Technical Build & Development • Build workflows, automations, validations, and Deluge functions across Zoho CRM/Desk/Projects., • Create and maintain Zoho Creator applications (forms, workflows, scripts)., • Build clean, modular, and maintainable Deluge code using internal standards. Reporting & Analytics (Including SQL) • Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs in Zoho Analytics., • Write SQL queries for datasets, formulas, and joins., • Optimise query performance and dataset refresh cycles., • Work with Jake and the Technical Project Coordinator on defining reporting requirements. Technical Problem Solving • Investigate system issues, automation errors, or data anomalies., • Identify and fix root causes quickly and effectively., • Recommend technical design improvements or alternatives., • Flag limitations or risks early in the process. Testing & Quality Control • Self-test all builds before sending to the Technical Project Coordinator for final QA., • Validate expected behaviour and edge cases., • Maintain clean documentation for every technical change., • Provide Loom walkthroughs or notes where helpful. Collaboration & Workflow • Work closely with the Technical Project Coordinator to clarify task requirements., • Attend internal delivery meetings to review work in progress., • Update ClickUp tasks with accurate status and technical notes., • Raise blockers early to avoid delays. Who This Role is For We are looking for someone who is naturally driven, highly disciplined, and takes deep ownership of their work. You are a strong problem-solver with an engineering mindset. When something isn’t working, you don’t look for shortcuts — you analyse, debug, design a better solution, and take responsibility for fixing it properly. You are highly organised in how you build. You care about structure, naming, logic, documentation, and consistency. You bring clarity to complex technical requirements and create solutions that other developers — and future you — can easily understand, maintain, and extend. You take real pride in build quality. You think beyond “does it work?” and focus on reliability, scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability. Your work reduces technical debt instead of creating it. You communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical teammates. You can explain technical decisions, flag risks early, ask the right questions, and collaborate effectively with the Technical Project Coordinator to ensure requirements are delivered exactly as intended. Ideally, you will have strong experience working with Zoho (Creator, CRM, Deluge, APIs, integrations, automation, reports, etc.) or a similar business platform, and you understand how real-world businesses use systems to run sales, operations, finance, and reporting. We are a small, growing team — and this matters. You must be comfortable operating without layers of management, taking initiative, and helping define the technical standards and foundations of the company. If you are looking for a rigid corporate environment with narrow responsibilities and heavy supervision, this role will not be the right fit. This position is for someone who wants technical ownership, influence, and the opportunity to build systems that truly matter. Benefits At Limitless, we are a small but fast-growing company, which means your career won’t be boxed in by a rigid corporate structure. As we expand, our priority is to grow our team alongside the business — giving people the opportunity to take on more responsibility, step into senior leadership roles, and ultimately build and manage their own teams within the company. If you’re looking for a place where your work genuinely matters, your growth is supported, and your role evolves as the business does, you’ll feel at home here. What You’ll Receive: • Competitive Salary & Pension Scheme, • 28 Days Annual Leave: Generous leave entitlement to rest and recharge., • Extra Holidays Over Christmas: Additional time off during the festive season to spend with family and friends., • Health and Dental Insurance: Comprehensive Bupa Health cover., • Flexible Working Hours: Adjust your work schedule to suit your personal and professional needs. At Limitless, progression is driven by contribution, trust, and leadership — not just time served. Just so you know, we are currently only considering candidates based in the United Kingdom.
