The scheme comprises a full CAT B fit-out including high-specification electrical and MEP installations, modern workplace environments, meeting facilities, breakout areas, welfare provisions, and associated building services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial fit-out projects who can drive programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance from inception through to handover.
