Theyre growing and this role is key to that growth. Youll be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and delivering a consultative, relationship-led sales approach across the West Yorkshire region (Leeds, Sheffield, Selby and surrounding areas) . Whats On Offer £39,000 basic salary Commission + bonus structure (uncapped earning potential) 42 days holiday (including bank holidays) Christmas shutdown Private healthcare Life assurance (4x salary) Strong pension contribution Early finish every Friday Fully home-based with autonomy What Youll Be Doing Driving new business across engineering and manufacturing clients Managing and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities Building long-term relationships with employers and key decision-makers Selling apprenticeship programmes and workforce development solutions Delivering engaging client meetings, presentations, and proposals Attending networking events, employer meetings, and industry events Keeping CRM systems updated with accurate pipeline and activity data Gathering market intelligence to support business growth What Were Looking For Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Account Management / Employer Engagement Strong consultative sales approach (not transactional selling) Confident communicator comfortable with client-facing meetings Target-driven with a commercial mindset Able to manage your own diary and territory effectively Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable: Experience in apprenticeships, training, education, engineering, or manufacturing Location Home-based role Covering West Yorkshire (Leeds, Sheffield, Selby and surrounding areas) Ideal for candidates based in or near: Leeds, Wakefield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Sheffield Why Apply?
