Overview Solution 47 Recruitment is supporting our client, a well-established business within the B2B sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager / Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a min 12-month fixed-term contract. This role sits at the heart of the customer operation, responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating orders, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end service experience. The Role You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while building strong, long-term relationships. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that requires excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Management • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients, • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer queries and requests, • Build strong relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Order Management & Coordination • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, • Monitor order progress from placement through to delivery, • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment Customer Service • Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, • Provide updates on orders, stock availability, and delivery timelines, • Resolve problems quickly to minimise disruption to the customer Internal Collaboration • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams, • Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and priorities, • Support continuous improvement in processes and service delivery Administration & Systems • Maintain accurate customer records and order data, • Use internal systems (ERP/CRM) to manage accounts and track activity, • Produce reports and updates where required Skills & Experience Essential: • Previous experience in a B2B customer service, account management, or order coordination role, • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Confident using systems such as ERP or CRM platforms, • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach Desirable: • Experience within a product-based, distribution, or manufacturing environment, • Experience handling high-volume orders or key accounts What’s on Offer • Salary of £30,000, • 12-month fixed-term contract, • Opportunity to gain experience within a well-established business, • Supportive and collaborative team environme
