What Youll Do • Lead the Field: Manage and support installers and leads through jobsite visits, coaching, and accountability., • Own Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate daily and weekly labor, tools, trucks, and job readiness across multiple projects., • Solve Problems in Real Time: Serve as the go-to resource for crews in the field, ensuring smooth execution and quick resolution., • Build Bench Strength: Mentor, train, and develop installers into future leaders., • Raise the Bar on Quality & Safety: Enforce AOIs high standards, conduct safety audits, and ensure every jobsite reflects professionalism., • Collaborate to Deliver: Partner with project managers and warehouse teams to ensure projects are staged, loaded, and installed on time. What Were Looking For • 5+ years in field installation or operations leadership (commercial furniture or construction preferred)., • Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage crews., • Ability to read floorplans and installation drawings with precision., • Proficiency in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication platforms., • OSHA 30 certification preferred. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to operate a computer and other office equipment, and communicate effectively. The position occasionally requires walking, standing, bending, or reaching during job site visits. The employee must be able to safely navigate active construction sites, which may involve uneven terrain, ladders, and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing systems. Periodic visits to construction sites are required, where the employee may be exposed to typical construction hazards including noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.
