Position Summary Provide and coordinate the education of Basic Life Support to promote outcomes consistent with HRH goals. Job Duties · Coordinates, delivers and evaluates educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals · Collaborates with managers and staff to assess the learning needs of staff and new hires · Serves as a resource for staff in areas of program development, clinical practice, and professional development · Maintains credentials required for certification as per American Heart Association · Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies · Ability to teach Classes often.
