As a Team Lead & Sr. NET Engineer (Site Reliability), you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems and applications. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to optimize our infrastructure and improve overall system performance while building tooling to support this effort. The Team Lead & Sr. NET Engineer (Site Reliability) will spend about 60% of the time hands on in code, 20% leading a team of 3-4 Engineers, and 20% of the time maturing the site reliability practice. This is a full time/direct hire opportunity with the ability to work remotely in the US. Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable systems on AWS, • Work closely with development teams to ensure that applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability, • Develop and implement monitoring and alerting strategies to ensure that issues are detected and resolved proactively, • Optimize database performance and implement best practices for data management, • Continuously improve the reliability and scalability of our systems through automation and process improvements, • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting activities to minimize downtime and ensure rapid resolution of issues, • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all systems and applications are highly available and reliable, • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field, • 1+ years of leadership experience managing others, • Strong experience with .NET, Angular, TypeScript, C#, and SQL,, • Experience with AWS and related services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation, • Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as Elastic APM, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, or AppDynamics, • Experience with visualization tools like Kibanna, Grafana, or Splunk., • Experience with optimizing database performance and implementing best practices for data management, • Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting strategies and tools, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Interested in hearing more?
