Our Client, a Biotech company, is looking for a Expense Report Analyst for their Nashville, TN/Hybrid location. The Expense Report Analyst will provide support to the financial department by managing daily Concur tasks, collaborating with other departments, and creating reports.

What you will do... • Oversee lease accounting and property-related financial activities., • Maintain and reconcile lease schedules and ensure compliance with ASC 842., • Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including journal entries, general ledger, and financial reporting., • Lead month-end and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness., • Perform detailed reconciliations and variance analyses to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all accounts., • Monitor and analyze operating expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting budget adherence., • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external regulations, while supporting audit processes and implementing internal controls., • Build and maintain complex financial models and reports, utilizing advanced Excel functions (e.g., Power Query, PivotTables, VBA) to streamline processes.Requirements, • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field., • 5+ years of experience in property/lease accounting and full-cycle accounting., • Strong understanding of GAAP and lease accounting standards., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment, • Process-oriented with strong time management skills What We're Looking For: • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment., • Someone with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail., • A strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable insights.
