Job Description SUMMARY: Without the strength of our Administration team, we would not be able to offer the industry-leading service we’re known for. We’re seeking an experienced Receptionist and General Administration Professional. The ideal candidate will have proven industry experience as a Receptionist and General Administration. As a strong communicator and skilled hands-on Receptionist/ General Admin, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, customers and vendors. This role supports day-to-day office operations, provides administrative support to HR, Operations, and Leadership, and ensures the front office runs smoothly, professionally, and in compliance with company and safety standards. The Receptionist must be able to explain the respective role within the QMS and how their role contributes to quality. The Receptionist shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves according to Karman policies and procedures. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Medical, Dental, Vision, • Company Paid Life Insurance, • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Paid Holidays, • Tuition Reimbursement* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet and check in visitors, vendors, and candidates; manage badges and direct guests., • Answer and route incoming calls; take clear, accurate messages., • Maintain a clean, organized front desk, lobby, and conference rooms., • Support office operations: copying, scanning, filing, data entry, mail and package handling., • Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and basic calendar support., • Monitor and order office supplies; coordinate with vendors as needed., • Support HR Admin tasks as requested, • Review and validate labor-tracker hours with department supervisors for accuracy, • Provide cross-functional administrative support to departments KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Must be detail oriented, extremely organized; possess excellent verbal communication skills and be able to interact with Customers and Staff., • Must have excellent phone manners., • Proficient with Microsoft Office and office equipment., • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle confidential information., • Must know the QMS basic system of reporting, record keeping and follow instructions. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • High school graduate or equivalent in job experience., • Fluent in verbal English., • Two (2) + years’ experience in a professional office environment PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
