Job DescriptionSalary: $24/hourly BEVERAGE PROGRAM COORDINATOR Part Time Hourly Non-benefit position The BEVERAGE PROGRAM COORDINATOR will prepare, batch, pull, organize, maintain and inventory Chowgirls Cordial bar & beverage products. This role works closely with the Operations & Hospitality teams to ensure quality of product, event logistics are in order, and to train and supervise bar staff. This position reports to the BEVERAGE PROGRAM MANAGER (BPM). ADMINISTRATIVE • Maintain a safe working environment for all staff, in accordance with OSHA, MN Department of Health, and Chowgirls Handbook Guidelines, • Be knowledgeable of and administer state, county, and city liquor laws during all bar operations, • Maintain working and general knowledge of Chowgirls internal bar rules, procedures, and policies and act as a knowledge resource for other staff, ensuring compliance, • Actively participate in Pre-Packetreview of the weeks upcoming events with BPM and ABPM to troubleshoot any possible logistical issues and compile questions for the Event Specialists, • Utilize the Packet Notes event summary to create the weekly Cordial prep lists and Equipment Pull sheets, • Assist BPM with picking up will-calls at various distributors as assigned, • Attend all pertinent bar meetings as requested, • Communicate daily happenings, misdeliveries, and similar with the BPM, • Proficiency and full utilization of CG core software such as Google Workspace, Nowsta, Bamboo, Total Party Planner (TPP), Ramp, and other systems as required, • Accurately code and submit receipts and invoices within 24 hours of purchase INVENTORY • Assist with upkeep of all Cordial inventory areas, ensuring proper storage and inventory management, • Ensure security of all alcohol products, • Ensure perishable products (juices, syrups, fruit) are maintained and stored in accordance with Serf-Safe and internal standards, • Receive alcohol and beverage deliveries and stock liquor room upon order delivery organizing by First In, First Out (FIFO), • Ensure invoices and/or receipts are delivered to BPM, • Reset, clean and organize liquor room, outdoor cooler, and reach-in coolers/freezers, N/A cooler maintaining proper labels and sanitization, • Ensure BTB cooler is emptied of any unsecured alcohol stock as soon as possible post Sales tastings, • Conduct regular HQ liquor and N/A inventories with Cordial Leadership Team, • Coordinate and execute production of all batch for specialty cocktail orders, or N/As beverage pulls, etc for all events, maintaining quality and consistency, • Informing BPM or Assistant Bar Program Manager (ABPM) of any additional staffing needs for support, • Create and maintain all stock bar syrups, mixers, tinctures, and garnishes per Chowgirls bar setup standards, • Keep inventory of clean, stocked bar tools in working order, notifying BPM of replacement needs as they arise, • Log all alcohol or other products utilized for anything other than event needs ie. waste, R&D, tastings, etc on the Waste updates as requested EVENT SUPPORT & EXECUTION • Pull and label all bar stock for events as assigned via Bar Pull Sheets, • Expo of all bar events to the designated bar leads, going over all inventory and pertinent event logistics, • Physically separate, organize, and label N/A event pulls including packaged N/A Beverages (store-bought and housemade), • During scheduled hours, be available to go onsite as needed for both typical bartending and bar leads shifts, and for training purposes, • During scheduled hours, be a resource to on-site staff during events by facilitating real-time event needs (in tandem with the Hospitality department), • As directed, program POS (Point of Sale) for each cash bar as & print appropriate menu for guest as directed, • Adjust and print any corresponding beverage menus needed for Off Premise Catering (OPC) services as assigned, • Managing and updating short-cut links on community computers for Bar Leads to access with their Bar Return Pull Sheets TRAINING SUPPORT • Participate in and assist the Beverage Program Manager (BPM) with Bartender & Bar Lead training, • In collaboration with the BPM, lead and support Bar Staff in strategic and hospitable execution of bar service onsite, ensuring they are following the standardized set up procedures and operating in line with State and City Liquor Laws and Chowgirls Cordial Policies and Procedures, • As assigned, visit events to evaluate bartending staff, procedures, and equipment/design execution in order to identify opportunities for improvement or additional training, • Ensuring onsite staff are inventorying stock immediately before and after each event (within the same day/night as event) QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with alcohol service regulations, • Ability to obtain and maintain any required alcohol service certifications, • Valid drivers license, • Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment, • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed COMMUNICATION • Proactively communicate work and personal schedule through Slack, • Attend and actively participate in all required
