Ensure MSDS sheets for each client serviced in janitor closets are complete, accurate, and that all items are properly labeled., • Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts in your territory, especially new construction., • Develop and implement a plan with the Director of Operations and the Night Managers to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance., • Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and monthly planner for each client. We recently opened a second facility in Charlotte to manufacture BarrMax—a high-performance polyethylene tape product that’s 11 times stronger than steel by weight. Our new facility in the Innovation Business Park features state-of-the-art German manufacturing equipment, relocated from Europe. Position Summary The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing operations at our new IBM Drive facility. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, maintaining high standards of workplace safety, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance overall operational performance. The successful candidate will lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. By closely monitoring employee performance and operational metrics, the Operations Manager will identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices.
