Job Description Production Supervisor – Night Shift Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM–2:30 AM Overtime: Fridays as needed Pay: Competitive + Night‑Shift Differential + OT Work Environment: Non‑climate‑controlled heavy manufacturing facility Job Summary We’re hiring a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead night‑shift operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and team leadership, with strong career growth potential. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Production • Lead, coach, and support hourly production employees, • Communicate production goals, expectations, and priorities, • Monitor attendance, performance, and workflow, • Set up and adjust welding equipment (voltage, amperage, configuration), • Verify pre‑heat, joint fit‑up, weld size, and specs, • Perform weld checks and visual inspections, • Troubleshoot production issues across work centers, • Lead daily safety meetings and enforce safety standards, • Maintain clean, organized, hazard‑free work areas, • Train and mentor employees on processes and quality expectations, • Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions, • Communicate production status with management, • Support lean and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills & Experience, • Experience in production supervision or welding foreman roles, • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, • Strong fabrication, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills, • Ability to lead teams in a heavy industrial environmentPreferred Qualifications, • 4+ years lead or supervisory experience, • 3–5 years heavy manufacturing experience, • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, • Strong problem‑solving and mechanical aptitudeWhy Join Us?, • Night‑shift differential + overtime, • Clear career advancement opportunities, • Supportive leadership and team‑driven culture Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
