CUSTOMER SERVICE: OFFICE CLERK.
Develop a back-up who is promotable and capable of running the department in the absence of the lead office clerk.
Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and document management. Proven experience in an office or administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
