Job Description Image Orthodontics in San Francisco is in search of an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team. The Patient Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients, managing appointments, and supporting the clinical team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organized, and able to maintain positivity and composure in a fast-paced office setting. Schedule • This position is Full-Time, • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office., • Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations., • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed, • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries, • Maintain a clean and organized front office area, • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences, • Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Dental/Medical Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor, • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities., • Demonstrated resilience, dependability, and adaptability in a fast-paced office setting., • Proven ability to exercise critical thinking and problem solving in daily tasks., • Experience with dental/orthodontic software systems preferred, • Competitive pay based on experience, • Health, dental, and vision benefits, • Paid time off and holidays, • Continuing education and professional development opportunities Image Orthodontics is an equal opportunity employer.
