The Supplier Diversity Compliance Coordinator supports federal‑funded, state, small, and local business programs by ensuring accurate compliance, good‑faith efforts, reporting, and documentation aligned with contract and regulatory requirements. This role directly impacts business performance by protecting contract eligibility, reducing compliance risk, and enabling the organization to maximize qualified small, diverse, and local business participation across projects. The coordinator also supports estimators during the RFP process by assisting with outreach, supplier engagement tracking, and spend validation, while maintaining reliable data for internal dashboards and external reporting. Key Responsibilities:Program & Data Support • Identify client programs, certification requirements, agencies and reporting requirements, • Review contract documents and exhibits to understand obligations and reporting requirements, • Create How-to guides for estimators to navigate RFP/Good Faith Effort process by client, • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reporting requirements associated with DBE, small, local, and disadvantaged business programs, • Identify data discrepancies, participation gaps, or compliance risks and escalate issues to Supplier Diversity leadership with recommended corrective actionsSupplier Engagement & Outreach, • Support outreach and engagement with diverse, small, and local suppliers by communicating program requirements, collecting certifications and documentation, and assisting with onboarding and participation tracking, • Coordinate logistics and data support for industry events, conferences, matchmaking sessions, and community engagement activities, • Conduct research on emerging diverse suppliers, certification requirements, and market trends to support program growth and compliance alignmentInternal Collaboration, • Partner closely with Estimators, Procurement, Contracts, Project Controls, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure supplier diversity compliance requirements are understood, documented, and consistently executed across projects, • Assist with preparing training materials, presentations, and internal communications related to supplier diversity compliance, reporting expectations, and program performanceDocumentation & Compliance, • Collect, review, and maintain supplier certifications, affidavits, and supporting documentation; ensure records remain current and compliant with client and regulatory requirements, • Support internal, client, and regulatory audits by gathering required documentation, reports, and data in a timely and organized manner, • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to internal policies, data governance standards, and customer requirements, • Apply strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to assess compliance trends, identify risks, and support corrective actions, • Review all documents and confirm all parties are aware of any financial or corrective action penalties that may apply Requirements: • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, • Ability to multitask and meet reporting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment., • Proficient Microsoft Excel and Outlook ability to work with data and reporting tools, • Strong verbal and written communication skills Qualifications: • 3-5 years of administrative, procurement, supply chain, and related experience required, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, Outlook, SharePoint); comfortable learning new systems, • Customer‑service mindset with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external suppliers, • Passion for diversity, inclusion, community impact, and equitable economic participation ARB is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
