RMHC NEO is currently seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses passion, compassion, and dedication to support the efforts of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Ohio, Inc. The Marketing Coordinator supports the strategic objectives of the Development and Marketing teams by coordinating projects, creating compelling content, assisting with communications logistics, and stewarding donor and volunteer engagement activities. This role is central to the day-to-day implementation of RMHC NEO communications and stewardship efforts, helping to elevate the brand, amplify family impact stories, engage community stakeholders, and support program and fundraising initiatives. The position requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy communicator with a passion for mission-driven work and a collaborative spirit. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Conducts all activities in a manner consistent with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of the organization., • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar; create and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)., • Support the creation of digital and print marketing materials including flyers, newsletters, presentations, email campaigns, and event collateral., • Coordinate photography and video shoots; manage volunteer photography team and digital asset library., • Develop narrative content that highlights the impact stories of families, volunteers, donors, and staff for use across social media, email, web, and fundraising campaigns., • Ensure brand consistency and inclusive language across all channels and content., • Coordinates design and print projects with vendors., • Coordinates recruitment of speakers for third-party non-fundraising events., • Assists with promotional activities for the Pull Tab program., • Coordinate the promotion and fulfillment of the in-kind donation program., • Manage organizational merchandise, inventory, and promotional material fulfillment., • Assist with community engagement initiatives, • Manage vendors and contractors, compiling reports and statistics, preparing meeting minutes, and responding to emails and phone inquiries)., • Provide administrative support for the Marketing and Development teams, including vendor onboarding, reporting, bill payment processing, budget tracking, meeting prep, maintenance of office supplies at each House etc., • Administratively supports the Marketing Committee., • Administratively support CDMO., • Coordinate execution of donor acknowledgement letters, mailings, and stewardship calendar in partnership with Development leads., • Coordinate logistics for stewardship efforts (e.g., thank-you card campaigns, print/mail vendors, packaging)., • Support donor and volunteer gratitude efforts such as note-writing, thank-a-thons, and appreciation campaigns., • Assist with production and QA for donor recognition pieces (e.g., donor walls, plaques, signage)., • Supports Development projects as assigned., • Establishes priorities for managing own work while staying on a focused, efficient path for achieving results., • Acts as organizational ambassador and presents a positive image of RMHC NEO. None EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK EXPERIENCE: • Advanced computer proficiency in MS Office Word and PowerPoint. Intermediate proficiency in use of MS Outlook, Teams, and Excel., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong proofing and editing abilities., • Strong interpersonal communication skills., • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • High level of comfort using technology and learning new systems/platforms., • Ability to take direction, apply critical thinking and complete projects., • Ability to work collaboratively and creatively within a team and with members of other departments., • Must possess reliable means of transportation for frequent travel around Northeast Ohio., • Must have a valid driver’s license., • Skills and experience using social media platforms for a group or organization., • Skills and experience using website management platforms (WordPress), CRM (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and analytics a plus., • Experience with Adobe products, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) a plus., • Photography and video production skills a plus., • Strong presentation and public speaking skills a plus., • Regularly required to use vision, speech, and hearing to review electronic content on a computer monitor, to prepare documents or reports, to interact with others, or to engage with others in the course of daily work or at community or special events., • Regularly sits at a desk to perform work, view content on computer monitors, and utilize a computer keyboard and mouse., • Regularly uses hands and arms to handle items, reach above or below, or set up for special events., • Occasionally stands and walks for extended periods while working at events or when interacting with special groups or visitors., • Occasional bending, kneeling, and squatting.
