(Check us out on YouTube here) * Field Impact – Your work directly supports customer safety and uptime of critical lifting equipment * Autonomy & Trust – Perform independent field service while supported by a strong internal team * Career Growth – Ongoing technical training and exposure to complex, regulated projects * Travel Opportunities – Work at customer sites across the U.S. with paid travel time and incentives * Stability – Join a company known for long-term employment, low turnover, and technical excellence What You’ll Do: * Travel to customer sites to perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs * Service electric overhead cranes and hoists, including mechanical and electrical systems * Troubleshoot and repair 480 VAC / 3-phase electrical systems * Perform work independently while adhering to all safety and quality standards * Participate in an on-call rotation to support customer needs after hours * Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and internal teams * Complete accurate service documentation and reports * Represent ACECO professionally at all customer locations What We’re Looking ForEducation * High school diploma or GED (required) * Technical or trade certifications preferred Skills, Experience & Attributes * 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing electric overhead cranes and hoists (REQUIRED) * Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480 VAC / 3-phase systems * Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout, and fall protection * Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision * Professional customer-facing communication skills * Strong attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through * Alignment with ACECO’s values: Work Hard, Have Fun, and Do the Right Thing REQUIREMENTS • Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship, • Ability to verify identity and employment authorization (Form I-9), • Eligibility to access information or technology governed by U.S. export control laws (including 10 C.F.R.
