This role involves service, repair, and modification of fire sprinkler systems while ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and delivering quality workmanship. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Perform service, repairs, and modifications on fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes., • Complete all required documentation for service and inspections accurately and on time., • Communicate with customers after and after each service call to explain work performed., • Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs and maintain daily communication with the Service Coordinator regarding job status or delays., • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled., • Hands-on experience servicing and maintaining fire sprinkler systems with a thorough understanding of NFPA codes and compliance standards., • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results., • Proficiency with hand and power tools common to the trade., • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
