Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with regulations. 5. Assist with menu development, food costing, and inventory management. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior cook in a Jamaican or Caribbean restaurant. 2. Expertise in Jamaican cooking techniques, seasonings, and traditional ingredients. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 6.
