What you need to know Hours: 35 per week. Contract type: Fixed Term until 31 March 2027 Pay details: The listed salary is £27,806.24 for a full-time role. The hourly rate is £15.24 per hour. Location: Hybrid. You will spend part of your week at home, and part of your week in one of our offices, city-wide. What you’ll do As an Employability Engagement Worker, you’ll be a part of a new team, reporting to the Libraries and Communities Coordinator. You’ll play an essential role in empowering adults to improve life chances through supporting the delivery an ESOL and Employability learning programme. We’re looking for: Experience of supporting families and individuals in a community learning and development setting · Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) · Ability to engage with a range of different audiences including health, housing, employability projects and employers.
