We are a food production operation built with systematic, military-grade operational discipline. Every dish follows a standardised recipe bible and plating bible, batch cooked and blast chilled to exacting food safety standards. The Role We’re hiring a Chef de Partie to take ownership of a designated section within our production kitchen. You’ll be responsible for executing your station to the highest standard across our weekly production cycle from prep through to portioning. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, consistency, and speed, and who wants to grow within a fast-scaling food business.
