    Quiz Master’s (Games Host) mission is to create an extraordinary experience for our customers by offering a warm, fun, and energetic welcome, while actively contributing to additional sales. The Quiz Master works under the supervision of the Center Manager. Responsibilities: • Welcome players with enthusiasm and energy., • Contribute to revenue growth by systematically offering additional sales., • Handle phone calls with the aim of improving the customer experience and increasing sales., • Ensure the center is well maintained on a daily basis by complying with group standards and ensure the proper function of the rooms (maintenance, cleaning)., • Manage inventory and supplies., • Brief players to immerse them in the Quiz Room universe., • Monitor the smooth running of games remotely., • Debrief the game with players and review their scores., • Support the Center Manager with B2B requests when needed., • Obtain 5-star reviews on Tripadvisor and Google and respond to customer reviews. Required Skills: • Passion for the games., • Strong business and sales acumen., • Driven by customer satisfaction., • Ability to host and energize a group., • Bartending, • Cheerful, sociable, and smiling personality., • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy., • Strong team spirit., • Ability to work fully independently. Job Details: Working days: 5 days per week, mainly evenings and weekends. Working hours: Between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. Status: Full-time (40 hours per week). Interactions: Customers, center team, prospects, and office teams (marketing, tech, support, etc.). Work mode: On-site only, no remote work. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Role Description This is a flexible, commission-only sales role with LeadsDrive. The role is not office-based and does not follow set hours. You are free to work in whatever way suits you best. In this role, you will approach car dealerships, introduce them to the LeadsDrive platform, and clearly explain how our lead generation system works. This can be done through cold calling, visiting dealerships in person, or using your own contacts and methods. Your responsibility is to get dealerships signed up and topping up credit on the platform. Once a dealer has signed up and topped up, your role for this client is complete. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for confident, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable approaching business owners and earning based purely on results. Qualifications Strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to close deals and achieve targets Excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to work Prior experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation is preferred Ability to manage time effectively Familiarity with the automotive industry or business-to-business (B2B) sales is an advantage
