Head of Sales – Insurance Six-figure package + car + bonus I’m recruiting for one of the fastest-growing insurance divisions in the UK – and they’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales operation. What you’ll be doing • Leading and developing a team of 15+ (and growing) across multiple UK offices., • Driving ambitious sales growth targets across SME and Enterprise., • Embedding a high-performance, KPI-driven culture with compliance at its core., • Owning lead generation strategy: inbound, outbound, referrals and partnerships., • Working closely with marketing on digital journeys, campaigns, and online quote & buy solutions., • Staying hands-on: supporting the team with technical sales, process improvements, pricing, and training.
