    Ted Experience have an exciting and incredibly lucrative opportunity for a Product Sales Advisor to join our innovative, high performing and fast paced in-store field sales team. Working with the world's leading tobacco organisation Philip Morris to promote a revolutionary heated tobacco product (IQOS), which is scientifically proven to be 95% less harmful than traditional cigarettes. This role is more than just sales, it’s about genuinely changing lives, offering adult cigarette smokers a 95% less harmful, more affordable alternative. This is the start of a worldwide cultural shift to make smoking history! As a Product Sales Advisor here’s what you can look forward too: · £15.33 per hour base pay. · Commission regularly paid out at over £3,500+ per month for top performers. · Generous paid travel expenses for public transport, £0.55p per mile and all parking costs covered too. · Thorough training and onboarding: Receive 5 days of paid training covering the smoke-free mantra of PMI, the product suite in full, our systems and everything else you need to succeed in your role. · Flexible scheduling – You choose the days you work (Shifts available from Monday to Sunday for 6-hour shifts - we are looking for 5 days a week as a minimum and the days are typically Tuesday-Saturday. · Ongoing bonuses, cash incentives, recognition and career growth. As a vital part of the Ted Experience team, you will be the face of the brand across our key retail partners and can expect to be: · Engaging with customers to introduce, educate and sell innovative heated tobacco products alongside other nicotine and smoke-free alternative products. · Taking full ownership of your performance by achieving daily sales targets. · Building strong rapport and relationships with retail staff to create a welcoming, informed store environment. · Submitting correct, timely and accurate sales and customer interaction reports and insights, alongside accurate data capture. · Transporting the stand, stock and other relevant equipment to the designated store each day. · The role requires regular lifting, carrying and transporting of a promotional stand/podium; if you are unable to meet this requirement (with or without reasonable adjustments), this role may not be suitable Our ideal Product Sales Advisor: · Be over the age of 21. · Own and have full access to a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance (not required in London) · Has proven sales experience (1-2+ years in a proactive outbound sales position) · Be confident, comfortable and engaging with customers. · Willing to travel up to a 1-hour radius drive of your home location. · Be hungry, eager, self-motivated and target driven. · Have a valid right to work in the UK.     1. Liaise with the director and senior staff to determine the range of goods and services to be sold across the retail, off-licence and takeaway arms., 2. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and set annual and quarterly sales targets by channel., 3. Identify and secure new B2B accounts, including local trade, catering, wholesale and event customers., 4. Compile and analyse sales figures by SKU, category and channel; produce reports and commercial recommendations for the director., 5. Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotional activity; measure ROI., 10. Monitor competitor activity across the Hampton and wider south-west London catchment., 11. Ensure commercial activity complies with alcohol licensing conditions, Challenge 25 and relevant trading standards requirements. Skills Needed: Person specification Essential Degree-level qualification or equivalent, or substantial demonstrable experience in a business development, commercial or account management role. Proven record of revenue growth and account acquisition. Strong communication and numeracy: margin analysis, pricing, forecasting. Commercial negotiation experience with suppliers or trade customers. Working knowledge of the UK food retail and off-licence sector. Desirable 1. Familiarity with Indian and South Asian food categories, ingredients and supplier networks., 2. Experience with EPOS and stock management systems. Personal Licence holder under the Licensing Act 2003.
