They are now looking to appoint a Decontamination Production Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a busy production environment, ensuring services are delivered on time, in full, and to the highest quality and safety standards . This is a hands-on leadership role, suited to someone who enjoys running a tight operation, and keeping complex processes moving smoothly. THE BASICS: Youll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently across a large decontamination operation, which includes: 36 technicians 4 team leaders A structured, shift-based environment Youll report directly into the General Manager and work closely with other Production Managers, sharing best practice and supporting service continuity.
