Location: Office Based Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Property Administrator to join our established property management team. This is a full-time, office-based role supporting the day-to-day administration of a varied residential property portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of property management operations, acting as a central point of contact for property owners, tenants, contractors, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the property management team, • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner, • Logging repairs and maintenance requests and issuing works to contractors, • Liaising with contractors to schedule works and monitor progress, • Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records, • Preparing and issuing correspondence, reports, and documentation, • Assisting with invoicing, purchase orders, and contractor payments, • Maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems, • Supporting compliance-related administration and general office duties Candidate Requirements • Previous administration experience, preferably within property, housing, or facilities management, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Confident telephone manner and professional approach, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, • A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Property or factoring experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
