Job Description Bilingual Receptionist (English/Spanish) Location:Farmers Branch, TX 75234 | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $19.00–$21.00/hr depending on experience, • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, • W2, Temp to Hire, • Start date: ASAP Role Impact The Receptionist serves as the professional face and voice of a fast-paced office within the skilled trades industry. This role ensures a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, vendors, and tradespeople while maintaining efficient front desk and administrative operations. Success in this position means delivering excellent customer service, maintaining organized workflows, and supporting internal teams with accuracy and professionalism in both English and Spanish. Key Duties • Greet and direct visitors, clients, vendors, and tradespeople with professionalism and courtesy, • Operate a multi-line phone system, screen and route calls, and respond to general inquiries, • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, • Coordinate interview scheduling, meeting rooms, and internal calendars, • Perform administrative support including data entry, document scanning/filing, permit and registration tracking, and internal communications Minimum Qualifications • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication), • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer-facing role, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong organizational and multitasking skills Equipment & Work Environment • Multi-line phone system and standard office equipment (computer, copier, scanner), • Professional office environment with frequent in-person interaction and steady call volume, • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, • Business casual dress code required Preferred Skills • Experience supporting operations in construction, contracting, or trade-related industries, • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure, • Ability to coordinate logistics and support recruiting or HR-related activities Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
