Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience preferred, working as a legal secretary or paralegal, preferably with a focus on personal injury, or construction defect cases in the State of California., • Paralegal Certificate, • Familiarity with online databases and resources., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in client and colleague interactions., • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and file management., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications., • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment., • Knowledge of third-party e-fling providers, including but not limited to One Legal, First Legal, Odyssey File & Serve, and Green Filing, a plus.
