Job Description Job Title: Sales Engineer – Industrial Induction Heating Equipment Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Ability to Travel as needed: (30-50%) Position Overview: A growing industrial sales and service organization specializing in advanced induction heating and hardening solutions is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to lead and expand its generator and equipment sales operations. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with experience in industrial or technical B2B environments who can develop new business, manage key accounts, and support long-term customer partnerships. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the full sales cycle, and collaborating closely with technical and operations teams to ensure customer success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets, • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing markets, • Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation through closing, • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and accounts, • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction, • Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track sales activity, manage accounts, and report performance metrics, • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies, • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for leadership, • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to support solution-based selling, • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to strengthen sales and technical capabilities Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales environments, • Strong background in B2B sales; experience in induction heating or related industrial equipment, • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Strong business development and customer relationship management skills, • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities, • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand engineering-driven products, • Self-starter with a “hunter” mindset and ability to work independently, • Customer-focused approach with strong follow-through and accountability, • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Valid driver’s license requiredCompany DescriptionBranex Group is a Minority-owned Technical Staffing firm headquartered in Auburn Hills, MI.
