Bar Team Leader
About The Role
Team Leader will work closely with the Food & Beverage Managers and Head Chef in supporting the day to day, weekly & monthly administration tasks required to ensure the department deliver consistently high standards and service to our guest's satisfaction & H&S Standards.
-Ensuring the rostering of the department is checked over reviewed
-Review of HACCP paperwork, ensuring all units are compliant with the Food Safety Policy
-Stock ordering & stock management within the F&B Department
-Managing the online booking system
-Completion of daily trackers of units, ensuring these are maintained with the relevant information including revenue, labour, stock invoicing, wastage, & transfers.
-Supporting The Food & Beverage Manager in the completion of financial period end processes such as stock taking, diff files & theoretical.
-Assisting the F&B Training & Recruitment Manager with recruitment, training, and development of F&B Hosts
-Assisting the F&B Operation by enforcing policy adherence including lateness, return to works & other relevant documentation
